I'm
proud of Fatherhood Reclaimed because I'm constantly told by men how it
has transformed their view of themselves as parents, and also because
it transformed my own life. Writing it truly made me value my partner
as a father. Even today, remembering the things I learned when I was writing
Fatherhood Reclaimed helps me stand back a bit without constantly attempting
to control his relationship with our daughter Juliet (which, without having
written the book, I'm sure I would have done much more). I'm a better
mother because my partner has had such a huge impact in her life.
