The
goal of this document is to help policy makers create a climate in which
parents who do not live full-time with their children are as motivated
as those who do, to provide for them in every possible way: emotionally
and financially. Coercion in terms of paying child support must be embedded
in a range of initiatives promoting multi-dimensional relationships between
non resident fathers and their children.
